Tracking asset performance

Foliostone provides detailed performance tracking to help you understand how your investments are performing.

On each asset detail page, you will find a performance chart showing value evolution over time. For listed securities, prices update automatically. For other assets, performance is calculated based on your valuation entries.

Key metrics include total return (combining capital gains and income), annualized return, and unrealized gains/losses.

At the portfolio level, Foliostone aggregates performance across all your assets. The dashboard shows your total wealth evolution and asset allocation changes over time.

You can compare performance across different time periods and see how each asset type contributes to your overall returns.

For a deeper analysis, use the Reports section to generate detailed performance reports broken down by asset type, entity, or custom groupings. These reports can be exported as PDF or Excel for your advisors.
